About
The Vault

We don't build escape rooms. We build realities you can lose yourself in — until the clock runs out.

// Primary Directive

Our Mission

The Vault was founded on a single belief: that storytelling is most powerful when you're living inside it. We fuse cinematic set design, adaptive AI, and live-actor theatre to create experiences that blur the line between fiction and reality.

Every room is a handcrafted world. Every puzzle carries narrative weight. Every second on the clock matters.

Origin Story

2019

The Founding

Former film set designer Marcus Kane and lead game designer Yuki Tanaka open The Vault's first 500 sq ft space with one room: a prototype codenamed "Zero".

2021

Neon Protocol Launches

After two years of development, Neon Protocol opens — a 1,200 sq ft cyberpunk intelligence operation with adaptive AI that rewrites puzzle sequences per session.

2023

Ward Seventeen Opens

The Vault's horror flagship launches with live-actor integration and a 22% global escape rate — instantly rated #1 horror escape room in the region.

2026

Deep Leviathan + New Room

Submarine-themed Deep Leviathan debuts with 12% escape rate — the hardest room in The Vault's history. A fourth operation is currently in classified development.

// Operating Principles

Core Values

01

Immersion

Every detail is deliberate — from the smell of the air to the texture of the props. If something breaks the illusion, it doesn't make the cut.

02

Challenge

Our rooms are designed to push teams to their cognitive limit. We don't make it easy — we make it fair. Every puzzle has a logical solution.

03

Story

Puzzles without narrative are just puzzles. Every room has a world, a backstory, and stakes. You're not solving a lock — you're completing a mission.
